Sikder Medical College, embarked on a transformative journey in pediatric care. Following her MBBS, she dedicated four years to honing her expertise in child health across various academic hospitals. In 2015, she achieved the prestigious FCPS degree in Pediatrics from the Bangladesh College of Physicians &amp; Surgeons (BCPS).</span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: black;">As a Pediatrician, Dr. Shultana garnered practical experience in pediatrics and its sub-specialties within distinguished tertiary and super-specialized hospitals in Bangladesh. Further enhancing her skills, she became a fellow in Pediatric Critical Care at CMC, Vellore, India, contributing not only as a clinical fellow but also actively engaging in impactful research focusing on the health of newborns, children, and adolescents.</span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: black;">Her dedication to advancing medical knowledge is evident through her authorship of numerous research articles published in renowned national and international journals. </span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: black;"> Dr. Kamrunnaher is working as an Associate Consultant in Pediatrics and Pediatric ICU at Square Hospital.</span></p><p><br></p>
