<p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="color: rgb(109, 109, 109);">Dr. Jahangir Alam graduated from Dhaka Medical College under the University of Dhaka in January, 1986. Like most other Bangladeshi medical professionals, he completed his internship from the following Institute. He started his career as Medical Officer under Ministry of Health, Bangladesh. Later he traveled to KSA and joined as Medical Resident at Medicine Department in Buraidah Central Hospital Al Gassim in 1988. Meanwhile, he obtained MRCP from the Royal College of Physicians, UK in 2002 and worked there as a Medical Specialist from 2002-2004. The following year he left the hospital and subsequently joined as a Consultant, Internal Medicine in King Fahad Specialist Hospital, Buraidah Al Gassim, KSA. </span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="color: rgb(109, 109, 109);">In 2006, Dr. Jahangir Alam returned to motherland and joined as Consultant, Internal Medicine in Diabetic Association of Bangladesh. Afterward, he performed as Associate Consultant, Internal Medicine in United Hospital, Dhaka. He joined Square Hospital in January 2008. </span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="color: rgb(109, 109, 109);">During his professional services, he achieved advanced training in Endocrinology and Diabetology, Hematology and Neurology, Emergency and ICU, Blood Disorders and Infectious Diseases management. He had been involved in teaching medical students of Gassim Medical College, and Residency Program of Saudi Council for health specialist at King Fahad Hospital and candidates appearing in MRCP. </span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><span style="color: rgb(109, 109, 109);">Dr. Jahangir Alam was awarded with FRCP (Edin) from the Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh, UK in March, 2017. He attended international scientific seminars and presented scientific papers. He works Square Hospital as Consultant, Internal Medicine - Diabetes and Endocrinology. Dr. Jahangir has lot of interest for medical problems of older age people and he successfully completed the Geriatric Medicine Diploma Course of the Royal College of Physicians, Ireland.</span></p><p class="ql-align-justify"><br></p><p><br></p>
